Kristen Ramnath joined Wolfe in 2021 and is the Head of HR Operations, focused on many aspects of HR, including compensation and benefits. She is a member of the firm’s Operating Committee, as well as the D&I Leadership Committee. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ramnath worked at TriNet Employer Group with a focus on Financial Service clients for over 10 years. She earned her MBA in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from St. John’s University.
She is originally from New York but now lives in Texas with her husband and son.
