Salesforce Solution Architect & Integration Consultant
Operations|Remote
Position Overview:
Wolfe Research is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to work with our Operations team in designing an optimal new Salesforce-based system. This a remote role. In this role, you will act as our expert advisor on system data model, design and integration setup. You will work closely with the Operations team and business stakeholders across the firm to understand business requirements and ensure the successful design of Salesforce products and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advisor on Salesforce system design
- Assist in the design & optimization of all integrations into and out of the Salesforce system
- Design scalable and effective Salesforce solutions, including customizations, configurations, and integrations to address business challenges and enhance user experience
- Lead application design and development from inception through production
- Define and drive technological architecture and roadmaps using Salesforce.com products, ensuring development agility, performance, and security
- Design, configure, code, and architect large-scale Salesforce.com solutions to deliver required outcomes in complex settings
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand needs, identify desired process models, and create solution architecture
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College/University, Masters nice to have.
- 5+ years as a hands-on Salesforce Technical Architect (Sales and Service Clouds) in a lead role at the enterprise level
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- 10+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead & Developer on Sales, Community, & Lightning
- 5+ years’ experience defining enterprise integration and microservices strategies to integrate Salesforce with on-prem and SaaS systems
- Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer, Salesforce Certified Data Architect, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
- Responsible for technical architecture, detailed design, and development on the Salesforce platform, both hands-on and as an SME
At Wolfe Research we feel passionately about equal pay for equal work and pay transparency is an integral practice for that. The compensation for this role is market competitive with an hourly range of $200-300/hour, hourly for about 1 month part time.
